International Program

At SmartKids International School, we offer a comprehensive international program that emphasizes learning in English across all educational stages.

From utilizing art for socio-emotional growth in Preschool, fostering creative learning through AERO and US-CCSS standards in Kindergarten and Lower School, enabling explorative learning in Middle School, to instilling comprehensive skillsets in Upper School, we ensure our learners are prepared for the global stage.

Preschool

Preschool and prekindergarten prioritize art for social-emotional and physical-mental growth, fostering self-concept, relationships, and motor skills.

Kindergarten

SIS’s international K-Curriculum adapts English, Math, Science, and Social Studies from AERO and the US CCSS, ensuring students become active, creative learners.

Lower School

SIS’s K-Curriculum uses AERO and US CCSS standards in teaching English, Math, Science, and Social Studies, fostering active, creative learning in students.

Middle School

6th-8th graders use academic freedom to gain global knowledge and skills via core subjects, clubs, and events, through the innovative AERO & US-CCSS curriculum.

Upper School

Our 9th to 12th graders passionately acquire global knowledge and 21st-century skills through an innovative curriculum, preparing them for global universities.

Local Program

At SmartKids International School, our local curriculum, taught in Khmer, is designed to nurture comprehensive growth and learning at every stage

From establishing fundamental knowledge in language, math, hygiene, and ethics for preschoolers and kindergarteners, to fostering a responsible, positive attitude in primary and lower secondary students through the core subjects under the MoEYS framework. Finally, our upper secondary students master Khmer Literature, Sciences, and Ethics, while developing broader skills, emphasizing lifelong learning, compassion, and responsibility.

Preschool / Kindergarten

Using the MoEYS framework, preschoolers and kindergarteners learn language, math, hygiene, and ethics, while developing motor skills and a love for learning.

Primary School

Using the MoEYS framework, primary students acquire knowledge in language, social studies, math, morality, science, and develop a positive, responsible attitude.

Lower Secondary School

Lower secondary students, using the MoEYS framework, gain fundamental knowledge and skills, and foster a responsible, positive attitude towards learning and community.

Upper Secondary School

Upper secondary students, under MoEYS guidance, master Khmer Literature, Sciences, and Ethics, develop broader skills, and foster lifelong learning, compassion, and responsibility.
