2023-2024 admission is now open! We accept registration year-round.

Visit our admission offices on all campuses in person or through telecommunication-phones, telegram channels or emails to explore our school details. We will show you around the school facilities and guide you to the six-steps registration process.

SmartKids Admission Team

Step 1 - Inquire

We are happy, and thankful for your interest in becoming our family members. Please learn more about the application process below. You can click the button to inquire about visiting our campus.

Step 2 - Visit the Campuses

You are recommended to visit the campus where you are willing to register for. You will learn more about us through arranged meetings with our faculty and division heads. Our admission office staff will tour you our campus’s facilities.

Early Childhood Education falls on Saturdays.

Lower/Primary School falls on Wednesdays.

Middle & Upper School or Lower & Upper Secondary School falls on Fridays.

Step 3 - Placement Test

Welcome to Smartkids School, where students from kindergarten to grade 12 are inspired to become well-equipped citizens.

Applicants, for international or local curriculum and or ACIE program, requesting for Preschool, Prekindergarten, Kindergarten1, or Pre-beginner are required to only fill in the application form.

Applicants, for international curriculum, requesting for Kindergarten 2 are required to attend at campus writing test on English Language Arts (Alphabet, Phonetic, and Basic Words and Phrases Awareness) which lasts 45 minutes.

Applicants, for international curriculum, requesting for grade 1 up are required to attend at campus writing tests on English Language Arts and Mathematics. Each subject test lasts 45 minutes.

Applicants, for Cambodian program, requesting for grade 2 up are required to attend at campus writing tests on Khmer Language Arts and Mathematics. Each subject test lasts 45 minutes.

Applicants, for ACIE program, requesting for beginner levels up are required to attend at campus writing tests on English Language Arts, Chinese Language Arts, or Thai Language upon sub-program they are registering for. Each subject test lasts 45 minutes.

Writing Test for all programs falls on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays
Test Result Release for all programs falls on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays

Step 4 - Enrolment

Welcome to Smartkids School, where students from kindergarten to grade 12 are inspired to become well-equipped citizens.

Applicants will be placed in grade or level in accordance with their test result. They will be provided with school uniforms, learning documents, introduced to the classroom, teachers, and classmates right upon tuition and or other fees payments are completed. On their first day at school, new students should come with, and submit the tuition and or other fees receipt to our admission staff.

Step 5 - Required Portfolio

All applicants of all programs, clubs and all grades, levels:

Birth Certificate (Copied document with thumb print)
Applicant students’ recent photos in school uniform (Six of 4 in 6 and four of 3 in 4)
Parents’ recent photos (two of 4 in 6)

Additional Required docs for applicants for local or international curriculum:

Grade 1-3 School record (Original)

Grade 4-6 Study Record Book (Original)

Grade 7-12 Study Record Book (original)

Transfer-in Application File.

This is for local curriculum only. (Our admission staff will assist with this).

Step 6 - Trials

Welcome to Smartkids School, where students from kindergarten to grade 12 are inspired to become well-equipped citizens.

Should applicants, for international or local curriculum in Early Childhood Education and Kindergarten1, request for a week (five days, 3 hours per day) trial at a certain campus are required to fill in the $USD 60 form before the trial commences. Other than international or local curriculum, the trial is not practiced.
